A substantial portion of Bill Keleher’s practice involves general commercial litigation and representation of creditors in bankruptcy. Bill’s extensive experience in commercial litigation involves all types of matters, including franchise disputes, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claims, real property disputes, equipment and vehicle financing and general collection and defense work.
He has litigated numerous complex commercial disputes in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico and in state District Courts throughout New Mexico.
Bill is an experienced mediator. He has mediated disputes ranging from complex commercial matters to wrongful death claims. His extensive experience in general commercial litigation, including franchise disputes, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claims, real property disputes, partnership disputes, foreclosures (both for the plaintiff and defending), and representation of creditors in bankruptcy is an asset to his mediation practice. He loves helping parties and their counsel resolve all kinds of disputes.
